Nestled in the heart of the charming city of Béziers, we offer a unique culinary experience that blends gastronomic excellence with the traditional flavours of the local terroir. En mars 2024, le restaurant Calice reçoit sa première étoile au Guide MICHELIN, renouvelée en 2025.
The restaurant
Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Béziers city centre, Calice welcomes you from Thursday to Sunday, for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. and for dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
From the moment you enter, passing through a series of archways, you are drawn into our world. The journey continues inside, where every detail has been carefully considered to create a truly unique gastronomic experience.
At the centre of the dining room stands a unique work by Jean Denant. Part of a series entitled “État Limite”, this triptych is crafted from cement and brick pigments. For Calice, the artist evokes the duality between construction and deconstruction.

From Languedoc-Roussillon to Burgundy, the finest bottles have been carefully selected. Our eclectic, vibrant, and inquisitive wine list features over 800 labels, designed to delight both enthusiastic amateurs and the most discerning connoisseurs.
Our cellar has been recognised as a “Remarkable Wine Cellar” by the Michelin Guide. At Calice, the importance of liquid expression is further reflected in our ephemeral cocktail creations and a curated selection of 150 spirits.
